6th Year students enjoyed a fun filled weekend in Galway at the end of September. Our main purpose was to visit The Burren and Cliffs of Moher as they are part of the Geography course; however the cinema and bowling excursions were a welcome break at the end of the day.
On Saturday we had a tour of the city and heard about how medieval criminals were executed (not very pleasant) and then had time for shopping before our bus journey home. Students and staff got on great and St Aidans will always be welcome in Galway! Many thanks to the staff who attended; Mr Connaughton, Mairead, Lee-Ann and Miss Sugrue.
